Santa Maria

Santa María is the newest of Panama City's upscale master-planned communities, built around an eighteen-hole golf course in the eastern corridor of the city, between Costa del Este and Tocumen International Airport. The development mixes large single-family villas, gated street enclaves, and a handful of mid-rise condominium buildings, all behind a single managed perimeter.

The neighbourhood is designed around the golf course and a Jack Nicklaus-influenced clubhouse, with parks, a town centre, and family-oriented amenities. Residents are predominantly Panamanian executives and family offices, regional expatriate management, and international buyers looking for a low-density, family-friendly base inside the city limits. It is one of the highest-priced residential corners of the country.
